The Creighton Model System
The Creighton Model System, founded by Dr. Thomas Hilgers, is a method of natural family planning that observes the biological signs of a woman's body during her menstrual cycle. These different signs will show the woman's current fertility (a woman is only fertile for about a week of every cycle), thus allowing her to track her reproductive health and plan her and her spouse's family.
The Creighton Model is also known for its close relationship with NaProTechnology, a woman's health science that focuses on healing the root cause of any reproductive issues.
