What Does the Education Process Look Like?
1. Creighton Introduction Session
This session is the first step in the full fertility charting course! Learn in depth about your reproductive system anatomy, hormones, and menstrual cycle. You will leave this session knowing the basics of charting your cycle. Subsequent follow up sessions will be scheduled after your introduction session.
2. One-on-One Coaching
Personalized to your body and your cycle, become proficient in charting your unique cycle, how to avoid/achieve pregnancy, and find any possible hormonal imbalances. Subsequent follow up sessions after the introduction session are vital to learning the whole method of charting.
The first 4 follow ups occur every 2 weeks for the first 2 months of charting, the 5th follow up is 4 weeks later, then the 6th, 7th, and 8th follow ups are every 3 months after that. Any more follow ups are as needed, or on a yearly basis.
